Why are there two POAs?

One POA empowers GlobeTax as a corporate entity to file tax reclaims with foreign governments on clients’ behalf. The other is specific to the IRS and appoints GlobeTax’s General Counsels, Robert Weiss and Brian E. Foont, to request U.S. Certifications of Residency.
