Two individuals are named on the account. Do they both need to sign the documents? If so, must both signatures be notarized?

If the individuals are joint account holders, both individuals must sign and provide notarized signatures. Additionally, if the individuals are U.S.-domiciled, the social security number of the individual not listed on Form 8802 must be provided.
